I contacted AC Direct on a Sunday and received a reply almost instantly from Albert and subsequently booked an appointment to get our system serviced in Tenerife the following morning at 10.00am. The engineers Alex and Michael were extremely knowledgable and absolute experts in there field, my system had numerous issues but Alex and Michael kept me fully informed every step of the way giving advice as they tackled the problems with my system. I do not hesitate in recommending AC Direct to anyone who has a system that needs tweaking or installing a completely new system. These guys were a pleasure to deal with and very reasonably priced to.
